If your vision of your dream life includes things, places, people,
money, experiences and perfect health, you still might want to add a
couple of things....

For the past year, I have been struggling with recurring bladder and kidney infections. I've been in the hospital twice. Two different urologists were quite certain that I had interstitial cystitis, a chronic irritation of the bladder lining that never goes away. The first doctor gave me some prophylactic antibiotics and a list of about 400 foods to eliminate from my diet. All of this without an actual diagnosis. At my insistence, the second doctor conducted a cystoscopy. (Take your health into your own hands!)

There was no evidence of cystitis! Which I already knew, since I had decided that I was not going to have a chronic bladder condition for the rest of my life. But I also could not have the recurring infections, because I could damage my kidneys that way. So, I've decided not to have them anymore, either. So far, so good.

Will this really work? Yes. I know it will, because I have healed myself before. I had migraine headaches. I got rid of those. Being of delicate constitution (I used to have to take an antacid every day at 10 am in first grade) I had irritable bowel. Got rid of that. Like most red-blooded executives, I developed acid reflux, and was prescribed the purple pill. (You've seen it on television. A survey of the executive committee of which I was a member turned up several other people who were also on it. I think so many people now have acid reflux because we've been taught to have it by watching all of those commercials. Really! Do you remember acid reflux being such a huge problem ten years ago??) Decided to stop taking it a year ago or so, and haven't been back on it since. Got hit by an 18-wheeler in 1993, and as part of the damage from that accident, was told that I would never lift my left eyebrow again. Take a look at my videos, you'll see they were wrong.

So, here's what I did to cure myself this time: I decided that I was cured, and became thankful for my complete and utter recovery and perfect health.

My bet is that this health problem is over for me, but I promise to honestly report my results on this blog. Stay tuned! And I'd love to hear your stories about your own self-healing, or other fulfilled intention!

Wishing you every possibility! --K.
