Well, I've been in the mountains of North Carolina, staying at a fabulous aery called the A.E. Deville House on Whiteside Mountain. Here are a couple of pictures of our view:
What I learned by staying here is that I want to be able to have a long view, but I don't want to be so far above things that I'm no longer connected to the earth. Finding the right altitude when flying through life is so important.
I also learned that I need more time in nature, and I need QUIET. It was unbelievably silent there.
Are you giving yourself time away to think and breathe? Make space for yourself in your own life. You'll have so much more to give back.
