I heard Janet's inspirational speech at the Work-Life Balance Educational Conference for BusinessWomen. There were 1500 women at this event.  It was uplifting and a great way to spend a half a day.  I'd also recommend a subscription to Balance Magazine, http://www.balancemagazine.com.
